Is the venue COVID secure?

We have been safely operating a COVID secure venue for the past year. We have the following measures in place:

- All attendees details are collected as part of the 'Track and Trace' system

- We ask that anyone who has been in contact with anyone who has recently tested posisitve to COVID or if you are suffering with the following symptoms DO NOT attend the talk. Fever - Loss of Taste and Smell - New continuous cough.

- We are operating at a 50% reduced capacity for events and we are asking people to enter via the Elsworthy Road entrance and exit via the King Henry's Road Entrance.

- On entering the venue you will be asked to sanitise your hands and your will be guided to our socially distanced seating

- We ask that you wear masks whilst in the building (unless you are exempt)

- Doors will be left open to provide ventilation

- Restrooms will be routinely sanitised during the event

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age requirements. It should be noted that this is a talk, therefore may not be appropriate for very young children. Children 16 and under have free entry. We are a licensed premises and we do run a bar. All under 16s should be accompanied by an adult in the bar area and I.D may be required when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Bar staff have the right to refuse to serve to anyone they believe is under-age or highly intoxicated.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free street parking from 6 pm around the building. Transport information can be found on our website here

What can I bring into the event?

No alcoholic drink or smelly foods should be brought to the event.

What's the refund policy?

We allow refunds up to one day before the event. On sold-out events, we may be able to accept refunds after this time if we have a waiting list for people awaiting returns.

We can also transfer your ticket type for an event (for example from in-person to online) We would refund the ticket price difference (where applicable)*

* Unfortunately, Eventbrite fees are non-refundable with ticket transfers or with ticket returns (If the event is cancelled then Eventbrite will refund the ticket price including fees)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You must bring your order confirmation/e-ticket either on paper or on a viewable screen (tablet or phone) so that it can be cross-checked by our door staff. People who buy paper tickets from Parish Office must present these on the door.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, by accessing your Eventbrite account

Is my ticket transferrable to another person?

Tickets are transferable, so we are happy for you to pass (but not sell) your ticket onto a friend or family member, if you cannot attend, providing they bring confirmation or ticket with them to present to staff on the door. We do not allow tickets to be sold on but we will issue refunds up to one day before the lecture.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, as long as they provide a valid confirmation or ticket on entry
