Dear members and friends of St Mary's,

Happy Easter!

It was wonderful to know that so many of you were joining in our Holy Week and Easter services (you can still watch them via the link here), and thank you for all the lovely messages. It was poignant to say goodbye to Nick without a celebration at church, but I promise that we will have a great gathering for him when we are all able to meet again.
It may still feel a bit like a prolonged Lent as we continue to wait for liberation from lockdown, but I hope all our hearts are filled with the hope and joy of the Resurrection.

A special appeal from the youthwork team - if your daily exercise or shopping takes you past the church, please consider donating food (either fresh or non-perishable) that can be delivered to the families of vulnerable young people. This week the drop-off time is Thursday morning before 11 am. Just leave groceries by the King Henry's Road door. Many thanks!

This week we start our Primrose Tearoom coffee morning again on Thursday at 11 am. Join us via the link here. We will finish with prayers for healing at noon.

Happy Easter to everyone from St Mary's, Primrose Hill. Some lovely pictures sent this morning. We hope that you are all safe and well and staying at home and not eating too much chocolate. πŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯š

Our Sunday services continue as usual online. If you would like to do a reading or lead the intercessions, please let me know. All that is needed is a video that you can make on a smartphone or a Zoom recording - it's easier than you think!

You are welcome to join in Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer, Monday to Friday, via the link here.

After-service fellowship on Sunday from 11.30 to 12.30 will take place via the Zoom link here.

If you need help with shopping, or would like to receive more frequent phone calls, please email vicar@smvph.org.uk or phone 0207 722 3062.

We continue to live as the risen Body of Christ, even though we are "physically distanced", and our prayers for one another are a vital part of our communal life. Thank you for yours, and be assured of the prayers of the ministry team.

Blessings,

Marjorie and Mark
