It was wonderful to know that so many of you were joining in our Holy Week and Easter services (you can still watch them via the link here), and thank you for all the lovely messages. It was poignant to say goodbye to Nick without a celebration at church, but I promise that we will have a great gathering for him when we are all able to meet again. It may still feel a bit like a prolonged Lent as we continue to wait for liberation from lockdown, but I hope all our hearts are filled with the hope and joy of the Resurrection.
A special appeal from the youthwork team - if your daily exercise or shopping takes you past the church, please consider donating food (either fresh or non-perishable) that can be delivered to the families of vulnerable young people. This week the drop-off time is Thursday morning before 11 am. Just leave groceries by the King Henry's Road door. Many thanks!
